PeroxiClear Solution - Directions for Use

  1. Always wash, rinse and thoroughly dry your hands before handling your lenses.

  2. Check that the special lens case includes the neutralizing disc in the base.

  3. Stand the case on its lid on a flat surface. Open lens baskets. Place your left and right lenses on the domes inside the baskets (left side is green and marked with the letter “L”). Close the baskets taking care not to trap the lenses.

  4. After both lenses are removed from the eyes, take each lens from its holder and place into the palm of your hand. Apply 2 - 4 drops of PeroxiClear and gently rub lenses for 5 seconds on each side.

  5. Return lenses to the appropriate basket, taking care not to trap the lens.

  6. Hold the lens case lid and rinse each lens for 5 seconds in the baskets with PeroxiClear over a sink or basin.

  7. Fill the lens case up to the fill line with fresh PeroxiClear then immediately place the holder basket into the lens case. Screw the lid on the case and store lenses in upright case for at least 4 hours. Do not shake or invert case once filled.

  8. Your lenses will be ready for wear after soaking for 4 hours.

  9. Once lenses are removed from the baskets, discard any remaining solution from the lens case, rinse the case with PeroxiClear over a sink or basin, and leave the lid off the case to air dry.

Some GP users may experience a mild, temporary skin discoloration (bleaching) to their fingers or hands while rubbing their lenses. Always wash and rinse your hands after rubbing your lenses with PeroxiClear.

The red tip means DO NOT put peroxide solution directly in the eye. Failure to follow directions for use will result in burning and stinging. DO NOT place your lens into the eye until complete neutralization of the solution has occurred (minimum 4 hours). Do not rinse lenses with PeroxiClear solution prior to inserting lenses into your eyes. If you want to rinse your lenses, use a sterile saline solution.
