The meeting will begin promptly at 10 a.m.

CREDENTIALS: For journalists who
have not been previously credentialed by Bausch & Lomb,
you
must provide at least one of the following:
• A current press photo ID from an acknowledged media outlet;
• A publication masthead (original) listing you as an editorial contributor;
•
A published industry-related article from the last six months with your name
in
the
byline.
LOGISTICS: All
media must be credentialed prior to entering the meeting room.
Credentialing
will
take place beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Since this is a shareholder meeting — not a news conference — questions will
only be
taken
from shareholders. Questions or comments from journalists must be
reserved
for
after the meeting.
Recording
devices — both video and audio — are not permitted in the meeting room
under
any circumstances. Pre- and post-meeting stand-ups may be conducted
outside
the
meeting room in hotel common areas.
Bausch & Lomb officials will not conduct pre-meeting interviews.
At Bausch & Lomb’s discretion, a brief media-only Q&A session with CEO
Ron Zarrella
may
take place on-site shortly following the meeting. Recording devices will
be
permitted,
and cameras/microphones may be staged in the Q&A room beginning at
8:30
a.m. (note: we will not use a multi-box). Requests for individual interviews
with
Mr.
Zarrella will not be granted at this time.
The
Clarion Riverside is currently undergoing renovations, and its back parking lot
will
not
be able to accommodate broadcast news trucks. Please be prepared to make
alternate
parking arrangements.
