Archive Request Form

The Bausch + Lomb Archive is a collection of artifacts and information pertaining to the history and products of Bausch + Lomb. Community volunteers maintain our Archives and are able to research requests for information regarding Bausch + Lomb history, products, technology, etc. Although we are unable to give monetary reimbursement, any archive donations are appreciated.

Please submit your request for information and a volunteer will assist you. If you are looking for information regarding a tangible item (e.g. microscope, glasses), please provide a photograph of the item. Please note - your request could take several weeks, depending on resource availability.
